project 1: documentation & analysis 

We are required to work in group and visit some on-going construction site which visibly demonstrates most of the subject topics cover in our syllabus. Our selected sites should be medium rise or low rise buildings eg. bungalow,terrace houses or maximum 4-storey building. We have to identify different types of building elements and its construction process, details and materials and also to study and record construction of different building elements.

Our group has selected 3 different sites in this project, including 2 bangalow (located in Kota Damansara and SS14) and 1 big construction site (located in Bandar Seri Coalfileds, Sungai Buloh).

project 2: construction detail and specification 

This project is a continuation of the first project - an integrated project where it involves construction detailing solution for Project 2b in Architecture Studio 2. This project allows us to understand of construction and application from prior project. We need to be more emphasis in producing related manual construction drawing for steel and/or timber detail and specification.

We are required to produce 3 numbers of details for selected element or part of the building apart from providing the necessary plans, section and elevations.The 3 detailings must cover roof, superstructure and joint & connection of our design. 

So I've selected roof, connection, windows and flooring from my studio design.
